We sell many different carbide products ranging from Cutting Edges, Chromium Carbide sheets, Bullet Teeth, and Tungsten Carbide imbedded teeth.  In nearly every application where our carbide products are used, the life of the product increases as compared to the same part without tungsten carbide.

All of our Tungsten Carbide imbedded parts are made in house by our skilled welders, so we can produce the part you need quickly and cost effectively.  We also offer a wide variety of designs and patterns for our products, and can find a design which is right for your application.

If you have a part that you would like Impregnated with Tungsten Carbide, we will do any pattern you would like and get that part back to you as quick as possible.  We commonly have customers bring in half worn cutting edges so we can build them back up with our Tungsten Carbide imbedding process.

We do not recommend Tungsten Carbide imbedded parts in hard rock or high impact applications.  These products work best in highly abrasive applications.

This is a before and after picture of a Ripper Tooth which has had Tungsten Carbide applied to it. Normally the tooth would have dulled and lost its point, but with our Tungsten Carbide patterns it will stay sharper and last longer.

Here is a half worn scraper blade with our Tungsten Carbide. As you can see, the Tungsten Carbide is protecting the edge of the blade. Without Tungsten Carbide this blade would have already been worn out with this amount of use.

The Picture to the left is in side of a scraper bowl where Chromium Carbide Plate is being used. To the right is a dozer blade which has been lined with Chromium Carbide Plate. The benefits of this plate are that it is very wear resistant, and its high chrome content helps prevent material from sticking to it.
